Lifespan Religious Education

Lending Library

The District has a fairly extensive library of lifespan religious education materials. The library is housed at the District office in Concord, NH. The books, curricula, tapes, videos, and other materials in the library are available to congregations who want to review materials before purchasing them, or who want to borrow the materials for use in religious education programs.

The purpose of the collection is two-fold: to offer local congregations the opportunity of examining materials as they determine their church school curricula, and (in some cases) to make available for the year materials to be used by a congregation.

If a congregation decides to use something for an extended period, it is hoped that every effort will be made to purchase your own copy. This way, the District copy can be circulated to other groups. However, if a purchase is beyond the budget of the society, long-term arrangements can be made with the library.

There is no fee for borrowing the materials. You will have to pay the return postage and insure the contents when you send the materials back to the library. To borrow any of the materials, contact Joy Blanchette at the District office.
