The UUA Church of the Larger Fellowship has a resource specifically for small congregations and groups. Its “Church on Loan” program offers excellent support for worship, religious education and connection at clf.uua.org/smallgroups.html
(There is an initial group fee to participate in Church on Loan)
Interconnections is a UU newsletter for lay leaders. Its articles are archived so you can search by topic. It also offers suggestions for books and related web sites. Some of the offerings are small congregation-specific.
